Ho soggiornato alcuni giorni in questo appartamento. È molto luminoso, panoramico, con bella vista sul mare. È pulito e ben attrezzato. Situato in posizione strategica per un'interessante visita ai parchi e per la splendida camminata sul mare " Anita Garibaldi " Il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile.

Studio au calme avec une vue sur la mer. Tranquillité du quartier à 2 pas du centre et de la gare. Idéalement équipé avec goût, lumineux. L hôte est professionnel et efficace, accueil super.

Siamo stati accolti dal figlio dell'host che è stato molto gentile e accogliente. La casa è piccola ma ha tutto il necessario (in particolare c'è l'aria condizionata). La posizione è buona, si raggiunge la spiaggia in 5 minuti a piedi.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and polite — he welcomed us personally and gave great recommendations on where to go and what to see in the area. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. And the view from the window… just stunning! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Davide's place in Nervi. He was super flexible on check in day and went well out of his way to welcome us, even picking us up from Genoa after our journey was affected by rail strikes. After we left a wallet behind he then worked to return it to us by post - we were hugely grateful for his efforts and really appreciated the extra care taken to make us feel welcome. The flat itself was comfortable and well kitted out, with a comfortable sofa bed and beautiful view out to the sea over the rooftops. We'd definitely stay again if we return to the area, thanks Davide!

The place is perfectly located for a seashore vacation. It is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is on a smaller side but well arranged for a brief vacation stay. The foldable bed was surprisingly comfortable. The host is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Getting in and out was extremely easy.

Davide's wife welcomed us into the apartment and she was very nice explaining everything.. It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is wonderful and it was sparkling clean. Thank you so much! Would recommend it.

The only thing that was lacking was an iron and toilet paper. but it had nothing to do with our lovely stay.
