The fee for linens was not clear at outset (or that it was separate from cleaning fee).

Francesco was an amazing hospitable and helpful host. He showed us all the facilities and introduced us to the house. He waited for us on-site to hand over the key too even though we arrived earlier than expected.

The location is just absolutely awesome. Right in the city center with easy access but still very quiet at night. A lot of great restaurants nearby, 2 supermarkets in walking distance. The beach is within 2 minutes walk. The apartment has 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms each with a shower, a washing machine, a dryer, an excellent kitchen, 2!! fridges and air-conditioning. Everything is very well taken care of and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed our time at Casa Franco.

If you always wondered how it would be to stay in one of of those Italian houses with the nice windows...well this is your chance. This amazing old building is like maritiem museum, with all the small doors, little rooms and amazing furniture. All the modern features are available like WiFi, air-conditioning without losing the old feel of the building. Amazing place an my kids loved staying over in the middle of the beste little town on Elba. Communication how to get there and check in are super convenient.
