Central location, nice flat and warm welcome by owner. Wifi and water outage were promptly remedied by owner on our 1st day.

We discovered the fee for late check-in (after 10 pm- our flight landed at 11.15 pm) only after confirmation of the booking. Booking.com should be more transparent with prospective guests.

Very nice hosts. Room with high ceiling and arcades. The building is very old and seems not well preserved, but beautiful. And you have a glimpse of Sicily if you go out on the balcony :)

The living room and kitchen don’t have too much light, but we didn’t stay inside, too many things to see outside.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipt including a kettle and an oven. However, the microwave was dirty and the turn table broken, so we couldn’t use it.

Despite advertising and confirming via text that there was a working internet, it didn’t work most of our week stay there. The little time when it worked, it was very weak and useless, extremely frustrating. They also advertise a washing machine but don’t advertise that there is an extra charge for using it. We suffered electricity shut down several times. When we told the owners that we wanted to leave earlier than booked, they refused to refund us.

The hosts were friendly and patient. The location was excellent.

We stayed two nights. The apartment is very spacious, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and offers a full kitchen. The washing machine is available for an extra daily fee. The host is friendly and responsive to the questions and requests sent via whatsapp.

The essential for us internet was hardly available. The water pressure in the shower is low. The street parking is a challenge.

Clean apartment, perfect size for a solo traveller. Attentive host.

Apartment was situated on a noisy street so it was loud at night. Bit confusing intially with the check in process, the host said she’d meet me but then after waiting a while she gave me the number of someone else to message who would let me in. I didn’t have any context as to who the other person was, bit worrying when you’re a solo female traveler, but worked out okay in the end.

Apps was clean. There was all you need at the kitchen. I hadn’t any problem with connection with host. He answered by WhatsApp fast. Not far from Duomo place - only 15 min by foot

I had a problem with car parking. There wasn’t any place for my car at nearest streets. There aren’t free parking places around apps. Only for money. And I didn’t sleep well. The pillows were unusefull

I liked everything, the apartment is fantastic, beautiful, comfortable, the location is perfect, the hosts are responsive and very kind. Thank you!

The location is perfect! Super close to the airport bus and within 5 mins walk you are in the area where all the restaurants are. The owners are super friendly and gave us some helpful travel tips about the area too! : )
