Clean, comfortable,quiet, convenient location and very helpful owner and a supermarket one hundred yards away

Very little - excellent location - but it would have been helpful beforehand to know that there’s an additional charge for air conditioning

It was perfect for the 4 of us. We had both flats so we cooked in one and relaxed in the other. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

"Beautiful apartment in Assisi"

Spotlessly clean apartment, all furniture & decor in new condition, wooden floors, quiet, shutters on the windows kept out noise and light. Daniele was a wonderful host, very kind & helpful.

"Great Accessable Location."

Daniel was very helpful during our stay. Great location near main old city gate and private free parking. Bed was comfortable, however a couple of additional pillows would be nice. Small supermarket next door.

Apartment did not have a washing machine as advertised......you have shared use of a washing machine in a separate garage. This can be annoying if the other apartment is using it and the drying rack. There are no wine glasses!! A few more cups and mugs would be good, also bread knife.
