Perfect location, close to the city, near a very nice beach and, if needed, close to a car rental agency

The apartment is very clean, spacious, in the heart of the center. Alessandro is very friendly and welcoming guy. We didn't buy a breakfast but there were so many snacks at the kitchen.

The apartment was nice and clean. Perfect location, very close to the historical center. Very kind staff, especially Alessandro, who helped us a lot to find the exact location and for the check-in.

I would recommend sharing the Geo coordinates by the host as well as the address of the property because Google maps lead to different place.

Home experience The location of this flat was very nice. We even had a partial ocean view from one of the windows. The best beach in town: “pane e Pomodoro” was only 12 minutes by foot. The nice shops were about 10 min walk. By the way, we discover a very inexpensive and great restaurant: “Le due aquile” only 8 min walk. The kitchen had plenty of food: different types of sweet and salty snacks, lots of coffee and drinks, even Prosecco.

The negative part of this place is that vides, the host, did not show up at the time of our check out. I understood he was going to receive the keys and to reserve a taxi for us; but we waited 10 min and when I called him, he said sorry just leave the keys there and I will call for a taxi now..thank God we made it to the airport.

Great location on the waterfront, clean, spacious for our family, nice shower, friendly hosts.

The apartment was clean and very nice location. Host was amazing.

breakfast was included but not the actual ready made breakfast. They have kept the raw materials and asked us to make the breakfast. grocery was not even sufficient for 4 people. Parking was 15 mins way from the apartment.

Very clean, stylish, safe, and comfortable. Excellent location. Generally quiet building. Pleasant personal welcome. Spacious for one or two people. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Highly recommend!

Just small things: There are two spaces here, the one is decorated stylishly but very grey; it could use a bit of colour. The kettle has a very short lead, meaning you have to balance it on a pot to reach the socket, which is a bit dangerous. This apartment gets cool in the winter and the fan cannot do much to warm up the place. The sea view is minimal.
