There is nothing to like about this property.

The app was dark … means NO power. We were expected to turn power breakers on and off … downstairs in the lobby and also in the app. Not sure why that was ours to do. Basically the property has some kind of power issue and the owner is not ready to acknowledge it and fix it. On the third night we were told sorry can’t do anything till morning. That meant spending the entire night in darkness and no air either with 85% weather and high humidity. We had to rent a hotel at our own cost and go there and sleep and missing the boat trip we had already paid for. The owner has no customer focus in view because she continued to insist that we caused the power to go out. The second day we were out all day and came back to a pitch dark apartment and we had turned off all lights, ac etc. Did not use the kitchen at all because there was no power. Wasted all the food we had bought as the fridge did not work either. So please do not rent this place.

Location was convenient, although better instructions are needed to find the entrance.

Car parking was private but someone there scratched the car deliberately with a key or similar, costing me hundreds of euros to get fixed. Other cars were scratched too, definitely on purpose and not just accidental parking scrapes. Apartment itself was much more basic than expected.

Excellent location, good size, comfortable, nice amenities, and helpful host to show us anything we needed.

Very spacious apartment, very close to the center. The beds were comfortable.

I felt like every step I took was echoing in the whole building. We could clearly hear the people from the other apartments. We didn't feel welcomed, and were not particularly keen on the attitude from the host. They have some serious issues in the bathroom, the water is not draining, and it is a challenge to take a shower. All and all, I don't think that they care how comfortable you will be there.

A good sized apartment. Easy walking distance from the train station with luggage and not far to walk into the centre of Sorrento. A few restaurants and shops close by

Apartment is basically furnished, a few little extra would make it more comfortable like a bottle opener and wine glasses

The apartment was large, airy, and had everything we needed. Check in was really easy, and having parking was a life saver. It is very easy to walk to the centre of town and the beach. Would stay there again.
