Appartamento piccolo ma ben organizzaro. Vista eccezionale con comodo terrazzino. Posto auto e armadio con lucchetto dove riporre l'attrezzatura da sci.

L'appartamento è a Pila ma per raggiungere le piste serve la macchina: non era chiaro nella descrizione. Appartamento non ben riscaldato, la notte la temperatura scendeva parecchio. Scaldabagno elettrico sottodimensionato per fare 3 docce di fila.

Los colchones son bastantes regulares. Falta de cobertura internet y ausencia de WiFi Termo de agua caliente completamente insuficiente para 4 personas.

Residence tranquillo e facile da raggiungere con comodo posto auto e piccolo giardino, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccolo ma accogliente

Purtroppo non ho apprezzato molto la comodità del divano letto matrimoniale ma la ritengo una cosa soggettiva mentre i singoli erano decisamnete meglio, inoltre nonostante gli animali fossero ammessi in struttura non sono comunque consetiti nemmeno per il passaggio nelle aree comuni costringendo a passare dal giardino esterno.

Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Noi eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 Bambini) e siamo stati un po' stretti.. Ottimo per fare un paio di notti non di più. Grandissimo punto a favore la gentilissima Elena che dall'accoglienza fino alla nostra partenza è stata super gentile e disponibile! Comodo comunque alle piste e ai piccoli negozietti nei paraggi. Vicinissimo allo ski park per far divertire i bimbi sullo slittino.

Mancano proprio gli spazi per vivere l'appartamento. Comodo per una coppia. i divani letti (doppio e due singoli) piuttosto scomodi ma purtroppo lo spazio è quel che è.

Great location close to the slopes, its about 5-10 mins walk to the village. Secure dry parking in underground car park with ski locker if required. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, small oven, fridge/freezer, hobs, coffee machine with pods provided, Sofa bed and 2 singles. There's no need to take any self catering equipment with you as there is enough provided. Nice bedding and towels. Lovely terrace and view of the mountains. Great value accommodation in Pila. Nice and warm, was very quiet when we visited before Christmas. The accommodation is very 60's, but it has charm and is clean and tidy. Nice reception area with tables and comfy chairs to chill out in if you need more space. Board games provided to keep you entertained, tv with Italian channels / Radio. I would stay here again for a short break.

Concierge didnt speak English which was challenging. Electrics are old and a bit temperamental. Small room for 4 people, but we managed for a few days. No smoke alarm. No phone signal or WiFi. Access road is hilly, it snowed before we left and was a struggle to get out! Make sure you've got snow tyres on your car!

It was very cosy warm and very comfortably furnished. The communication with Ferdinando the owner and with Elena who managed the property was excellent - Elena went out of her way to help and advise us. The flat had everything needed for the stay. The garage was excellent - safe and secure parking. Good shower and attractive furnishings. Would definitely return - excellently vale for money

Nothing really but it’s a little walk to get to the shops and bars and the ski lift but on the other hand it felt peaceful
