The accommodation is on the ground floor. The beds are really comfortable, to me that's the most important thing. All in all it's a good place to stay for more than a weekend. Close to everything in Murano.

Location and layout

No rugs and no umbrellas and no reserves of toilet paper

The apartment is functional and clean, conveniently located near shops (including a Coop supermarket), restaurants and the Vaporetto. The nearest stop is Museo and Colonna is only 10 mn away. Practical to travel to (and from) the Airport and the city centre (San Marco, etc.). At night, Murano itself is quieter than the city centre but lively enough and very pleasant for strolling.

Kitchen equipment could usefully include wine glasses and a few more pans for cooking.

The place was quiet and relatively well located in the heart of the second island of Murano (easily reachable by the boat service from and to the Airport of Venezia. An easy place with two supermarket nearby, all the Murano glass shops, OF course, to do it you need to take your boat tickets to enjoy the cruise from the Murano island to any other place that you're willing to visit. The timetable were perfectly indicated and it is very easy and convenient to use the boats. The house has all the necessary elements to enjoy a few days there. Moreover, the owner was really kind and helpful including to finding solutions for the luggages if you do not have the right timing to leave the island. It was really much appreciate. Grazzie mille ! Tea and coffee were provided from the start including water bottles.

the mosquitoes which is, of course, not related to the place but two of them can create some troubles as seen from the impressive skin reactions of my daughter. Hopefully, a pharmacy was available nearby and helped us very well. The kitchen is fine for a few days but some items in the kitchen were missing if you like to cook and prepare meals for the family.

I love Murano. No crowds. Still have all the amenities and even had gondola races. We liked shopping with the sparser crowds. The kitchen facilities were good and the Coop was nearby. Nice short glass blowing demonstration. Smaller landmarks than nearby Venice but still there. Seems as if we were put in the American section of the restaurant.Like using the clothesline as all the locals did. Nice quiet porch. Great WIFI.

Very long vaporetto ride back to Garage San Marco We were somewhat stuck using the same restaurant twice. Next time I'll take the train to Murano.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. I could not fault it in any way. I have been traveling to different countries for over 30 years. This is my fifth trip to Venice and by far the best accommodation. The transfer from the airport to Murano was simple via Alilaguna. It was only a 15-minute walk from the boat stop to the apartment. The hosts met us on arrival. The apartment was spacious and super clean. It had lots of useful facilities that we made use of; TV, Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, Outdoor courtyard (great for drying towels), microwave, fridge, freezer etc. There is a supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. There are several Vaporetto stops in Murano (the closest was only 10 minutes from the apartment) which made it easy to travel both to Burano and the main Island of Venice itself. The temperature of the apartment was automatically controlled - which was great. There were also shutters and blinds so you could control the lighting. The area of the apartment was super tranquil. Perfect after a busy day on the main island.

I cannot fault the apartment in any way. It was perfect.

Super clean and cozy flat. Only 4/5 mins walking to water bus. So very convenient. House owner sent very detailed and useful information. And replied fast. We arrived earlier as planned and we were able to drop the luggage there. We love the small garden outside.
