induction hobs we ere a bit difficult to use but fine.

Even though we arrived very late (our flight was delayed) the hosts were standing outside near the corner waiting for us. They were very welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. They answered all our questions in advance and during our stay. The property was very spacious and very clean. There was good storage so we could fully unpack. There was a dishwasher which was quite handy.

We did quite a bit of cooking and managed fine with the equipment but a few more pans and bowls and utensils would have been helpful especially if we had been more people.

The property appeared as advertised! Very cosy, quiet, bright, clean and well maintained. Location is absolutely perfect! Situated in near vicinity to the Vaporetto(water bus) line, groceries shop, restaurants ect. There are coffee capsules provided and cool water in the fridge waiting for our arrival! The host - Matheas was very friendly and helpful.

The hood extractor above the stove wasn’t connected to ventilation vent so I doesn’t do much of a job. We’ve tried to fry some meat and the smoke filled the room and set the smoke detector off

it’s easy to get there the house is big with a out side area super good for family

a new space in a nice area.

in case you can’t meet the window for check in because your train is late they charge 20€ extra. It’s a steep price for a simple check in. self check in would be a possibility they don’t offer at the moment.
