Nahe zum Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schlicht und dem Lärm der Strasse ausgesetzt. Bescheidenes Mobiliar. Der Besitzer weigerte sich (trotz der überraschenden Kälte im Mai) die Heizung anzustellen.
