Very clear instructions for check in, very nice host, the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Great view of the sunset.

We did not expect that the property did not have any soap or sponges to wash our dishes after dinner and breakfast

it was super clean and fresh! very nice bonus - coffee and croissants :) beautiful view from the window and whole apartment is very pretty and pleasant!

we could hear people speaking in other rooms early in the morning… but if you’re not the light sleeper like I am, is should be fine!

Very nicely furnished apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a request for late self check in and there were no complications. Mr Gianluca is very friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. It’s also easy to park on location, you can leave your car on public parking or along the road.

There was some noise from upstairs but on the other hand we are both light sleepers.

"Greatest weekends with mountain view"

Great view from windows and very very nice design. Everything was clean and nice.

40 minutes by walk to beach down the mountain and back up the mountain, but if you don’t want to go to beach, It will not take you.

Situated on a hillside overlooking La Spetzia and the sea. Very tranquil yet easy to get into La Spetzia and Lerici.

Nothing, it was wonderful.
