Posizione ideale a pochi minuti dalla Val Gardena, posizione soleggiata, paesino tranquillo con buoni servizi in loco, vista panoramica.

Pur non volendo certo cucinare in vacanza ma volendo scaldare la pizza acquistata in loco non ci è stato possibile in quanto forno è presente ma non funzionante. Una critica anche alle posate 🍴 che andrebbero cambiate immediatamente visto lo stato d’uso (con posate in acciaio inox) dal costo irrisorio.

The apartment has a wonderful view, located at the small and beautiful Laion city, near to some of the best spots in Dolomites. It was also clean and spacious. The communication with the owner was easy. Kitchen well equipped.

The bed was not so comfortable and was noisy. I think some basics should be available like toiled paper (there was just one for 4 people/4 nights), soap for the dishwasher and coffee (which appears on the pictures).

During the week was a little bit noisy.

The view from the apartment is lovely, probably one of the best places to watch a sunset. The rooms were spacious,comfy and the heated floor in the bathroom was amazing during winter. The location is great too, the town is cute with supermarkets, bakery and a cafe nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the view is really all you're there for so.

The apartment on its own missed of a warm touch, like a floor lamp or something to make you feel mountain cozy. The temperature inside was set to almost 25° and was way too hot, we had to leave some windows open, when sleeping. The kitchen is not bad ,good enough to make some basic stuff but would have been nice to have olive oil or coffee included, and maybe a new toaster too.

Close access (by car) to several ski stations, quiet, clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and the furniture seemed to be new.

Problems with communication (how fo retrieve the key to the apartment, WiFi password, trash). There was no information on how the garage / trash system worked. We had to text and call the host and ask for assistance which is inconvenient for both sides on my personal opinion. Simple (written) instructions would be much appreciated and less time consuming. The building is under renovation which made us loose access to the balcony and some of the view

dirty, unkempt, master bedroom with mountain view was locked, leaving us with a smaller room with the the most awful rundown view (pictures added) electric garage didn’t work, exposed wires to lighting and this is supposed to be a family apartment, blocked sink in bathroom, no soap in bathroom only a single toilet roll, cheap foul tasting coffee. we raised a complaint to be told that we would not receive a refund and what did we expect for the money in high season, at the very least we expected a clean, tidy and safe stay, we stayed for one of the two nights and left very early the next day as we simply could not stay here. at €400 we expected far more than what we received. only book this place if you’re happy to be underwhelmed and ripped off! it is frustrating that we cannot attach more photographs to really demonstrate how this place really looks!
