La Magnolia

Byt byl krásný, prostorný a čistý, s dostatečným vybavením a příjemným balkonem, ze kterého jsme si užívali východ slunce. Majitel byl velmi milý a ochotný, se vším nám pomohl a při příjezdu nás přivítal čerstvým ovocem. Skvělé místo pro pohodovou dovolenou.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the sea and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with tips or anything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again!

if you want to explore the East Sicily region this is the place to stay. very authentic in a very nice apartment, nice view and great hosts! Felt like locals!

The apartment is very comfy, rooms are big with all equipment you may need. Amazing big terrace with panoramic sea view. The host very nice and helpful, as welcome gift we received some local sweets and homemade wine, which was great suprise. It was lovely stay, highly recommend!

Good location to visit many places on the east side of Sicily. We liked the view from the balcony/tarrace. The rooms were well equiped and clean. In a walking distance many restaurants and bars with great food.

The apartment is well located with a beautiful and pictureful view on the see. It is located nearby the center of peaceful and cosy Aci Trezza resort. Easily communicated with Catania by means of bus No 534 (regular trips - I recommend to download the App of the company AMTS to buy tickets to Catania - only 1€). We were perfectly welcomed by our very polite and nice host who picked us up from Airport in the very morning (what's more appreciated we requested the pick up at the very last moment and anyway it succeeded :)). On our way to apartment it was recommended to us best places to eat local cuisine in Aci Trezza. In the apartment it was waiting for us fresh mandarines and oranges (direclty from the local garden) and tasty red wine from private vineyard of the host. The apartment equipped with most necessary stuff (fridge, washing maschine, dish machine, tv, wi fi etc.) and moreover very cosy and designed with real taste. I can deffinitely recommend the place :)

balconies are well designed for social & laundry, separate locations. Back bedroom lead to a beautiful setting where everyone can have a nice social hours, except it goes through the bedroom. Nice & pleasant walk into the small village but can be an uphill challenge for a few. It doesn’t have any pebble beaches but didn’t stop anyone from enjoying sunbathing & swimming at the harbor/beach. It’s not modern but we love the homey feel of the place & it has parking onsite.
