Property was clean and a good size for us. Most importantly very close to Porto beach and there was plenty of street parking when we arrived which was great. Easy checkin and checkout. We would recommend.

Close to: The beach Gelato Flamingo Parking Easy to find and a nice apartment. All and all, we had a good stay here. Also contact with the owner was really smooth.

Unfortunately the air conditioner had broken down and therefore it was a bit cold and damp. But that's it. We had a heater that worked fine. Three pretty quick showers seemed a bit too much for the water heater.

The location was perfect, just in front of the sea and close to a supermarket. Bus stops nearby allow you to go to the center of Cagliari very easily

We were in 3, and spent more than 300€ a night for the tiniest 1 bedroom flat. It says up to 5 people but I dare anyone live with other 4 people in that tiny space. The one bedroom is a decent size, but once you open the sofa bed (which is the kitchen as there is no loving room or other room/space) there is barely any space to walk around the rest of the flat and getting to the kitchen is a struggle. Before the stay, the owner contacted us directly to try to get us to cancel our Booking.com booking and pay him directly beforehand through a bank transfer, with no guarantee or anything, so that he could get around the Booking.com fees (and probably avoid getting honest reviews like this). This was already quite sketchy. We also never met him, he just sent us instructions on how to get in and how to do the recycling (with a note that we'd pay for it if we didn't do it right, which in other circumstances is totally fair). There is a kitchen and utensils to cook, but barely any of the basic stuff is there. We had to do a whole shopping and buy stuff like oil, pepper, coffee/tea, milk, toilet paper, tissues. The bathroom at least had soap (nothing else). And I repeat this place was 300€ a night. What a rip off. With all of this, towels were extra (25€ per person) so we had to bring our own, and the bathroom was infested by red ants which would climb to the sofa bed and bite our legs at night along with the mosquitoes. ----------------------------- Eravamo in 3, e abbiamo speso piú di 300€ a notte per un minuscolo appartamento da 1 camera e cucina. Su Booking dice che può ospitare fino a 5 persone, ma sfido qualsiasi persona a convivere in quello spazio minuscolo con altre 4 persone e un bagno solo. La camera é abbastanza spaziosa, ma il resto della casa no, appena apri il divano letto in cucina é finito, non c'è piú spazio per camminare.

the appartement is well equipped but there is no coffee or tea so you have to buy everything at the supermarkt if you would like to make a coffee or tea which isn’t very comfortable if stay short. the wifi wasn’t working very proper, we lost connection quite often and couldn’t connect with more than 1 device. we did request a late check out which was possible for €200 which is a bizar amount of money to ask to my opinion. however, a late check out wasn’t possible (my mistake, I did request it very late) however: the host (Marco) did not help or cooperate at all when I asked if we could store luggage somewhere. furthermore, the check out was at 10AM and the cleaner arrived at 10AM sharp. I was feeding my son (7 weeks old) by breast which took a little longer unfortunately and Marco did text me if we could leave the apartment immediately while I was feeding. So, the hospitality, flexibility and cooperation was missing at all if you ask me.
