The apartments were excellent and the host super responsive and accommodating. We were a group of 9 people split across 3 apartments in the same building. They're all self-catering so we had fridge/freezer, oven, table with chairs, washing machine and so on. Super clean, comfortable with ACs in every room and a 1-minute walk away from Poetto beach. There's lots of street free parking in the area too.

The apartments are very comfortable and great for both short or long stays - there's very little to critique. The only drawbacks we can think of is that there isn't very good sound insulation in the building so you might need ear plugs if the people staying above/next to you are a bit loud during the night. Additional/newer towels would be a great addition too as we found ourselves looking for more towels during our 4-day stay - but that's a minor issue because we could have washed them.

Apartment is located in a really great place- you can wake up 5 minutes before the Sunrise and you still can see it:) It’s very close to the beach, Parco Molentargius (where you can see flamingos) and Sella del diavolo (great view!) Inside there is a washing machine (big advantage!) and all of the dishes which will allow you to cook. There is also comfortable, family table.

it's perfectly located. Walking distance to al Poetto's facilities. There were always parking places in front of the apartment. A few good restaurants around. Small "yard" to eat outside and dry your clothes. Good enough for short and long stays.

It is a ground floor and sometimes there was a humidity smell in the house. The house can get really hot but there is AC. Maybe a bigger TV will be appreciated.

The apartment was spotlessly clean - compliments who to the lady who takes care of that! The apartment is literally 20 seconds from the beach so that’s lovely. I only stayed for two nights and sometimes it’s really hard to find an apartment who is available for less than a week - so that was pleasant

Regular checkout is at 10, which is obviously very very early. The host has be so kind to let me have my check out at 11.
