Everything was perfect

Great place overall and we had a good time here for 3 nights. Important to mention that you definitely need a car to get there, it's about 30 mins drive from Bolzano. There are no shops or anything around the house. Host is very friendly but unfortunately did not seem to speak English although we managed with German. The apartment itself has all the amenities you need and it's warm enough. I would maybe improve it with a modern TV with Netflix, shampoo and shower gel dispenser would be great too and maybe a carpet in the living room would be a nice touch to make it more comfortable. Nevertheless I recommend this place.

We felt there was a misunderstanding regarding the sauna which apparently was not included. On booking there was a fee of 9.30€ for "Spa Tax" to be paid at the property and we thought this was the sauna? Apparently "Spa Tax" is the "Tourist Tax". Hopefully the host can clear it up with Booking.com so future guests don't create unnecessary expectations, even though the sauna cost of 30€ for 2 persons we thought it was a fair price and enjoyed the nice private sauna for some hours and there was even a nice touch of some fruits which was appreciated.
