La Clim fonctionne très bien et les lits sont confortables

Il n’y avais pas de torchon et le siège était un peu bancal

Matteo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Taxi immer sehr schnell vor Ort.

Overall good experience and really great value. The apartment looked nice and was comfortable.

The kitchen tools are not complete. They have pots but no pans, for example. But overall i can still cook. The toilet paper was out, they only provided not even a full one in the beginning. It took some time for them to finally give more. The towels smelled funny, i think they used some cleaning chemicals on top of normal detergent when washing and i was sensitive to this smell. The TV in the room was not working, i think it worked only for hdmi connection. The TV in the living room had limited channels. They didn't have RAI 1 so i couldn't watch the euro cup there. The worst part is checking out. The guy who communicated to me asked me to leave the keys in the flat and just leave. But unfortunately I couldn't open the front door of the building without the keys! I had to wait for a neighbor to come and open the door for me while my taxi driver was waiting for maybe around 10 mins! It was a bad experience unfortunately.. I also asked for an invoice for the stay and the city tax and they took so long to do it. Communication in general can be improved.. But overall it was a nice apartment.

Clean apartment. Nice building. Very comfortable. Grocery store very close. Bus stop.

Kitchen not equipped properly. Not enough cups, glasses, plates... Not good for those who are very sensitive to noise from outside because it is on main street. It is not very bad noice but you can hear traffic. On check out we left keys in the apartment as it was told to us to do and after that we could not get out from the building. We were waiting until some of neighbours came to let us out.

Beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment!! Very clean and well equipped!!! Esmeralda, the host was super friendly, everything was perfect!!! Good supermarket just opposite the apartment, opened 24/7

We absolutely loved our experience here. The host is probably the best ever, super kind and ready to help. Flat is cute and fully ready with all the requirements for a short stay. Host helped us so much that we didn’t need to look for anything. She told us where to drink, eat, what to visit, taxi number, transportation, made us a personal visit thru the house, bought us towels for the beach on purpose because we didn’t have it, super fast answering when we had a doubt about anything. Location is great because of the bus in the door in both sides of the flat.

There is no washing machine, not a really problem, just for awareness and also there is a laundry service next to the flat

Airco, very clean! Ideal to take the bus to center or beach. Private parking was also very convenient.

There were only 2 glasses to drink out. No kitchen towel no clean sponge.

The host was incredibly helpful which is a big thing when you travel on your own and don't speak the language. The apartment was fully equipped which is great as I like to cook in the evenings. The shower was excellent, great water pressure. Great little supermarket across the road and bus stop. The buses were very efficient and ticketing system easy to use. Very comfortable apartment.

Not so many good restaurants in easy walking distance, but I didn't go out in the evenings so didn't really explore options.
