Le Viole

Lovely space to explore the town from. Well equipped and so very close to all. Comfy beds as well.

Le Viole is a spacious apartment with a spectacular view. The benefits of this apartment are clearly its location. Sit on the terrace sipping excellent Italian wine. Tuscany is April is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and perfect for a family. Don't expect to cook anything - we barely were able to cook an egg on the stove. But plenty of wine openers available! Two great bathrooms with plenty of water pressure and hot water! The beds need attention. After 3 of 5 planned days I couldn't sleep there anymore. The very gracious and friendly host at Hotel Leon Bianco, Lisa (love her!), allowed us to move to the hotel so I could get some better sleep. I recommend Hotel Leon Bianco. It's a hilly town - great walking and shopping. Don't shop too much in the expensive stores and if you can wait for the Thursday pop up street market. Lots of "deals" to be had there (wish I had known that!).

This property is unbelievable, gorgeous views of both Tuscan countryside along with the town of San Gimignano it is also private rooftop there was basically no one else there while we used it just us. As well, we slept with windows open and a woke to the roar of beautiful bird songs. The town was very quiet and it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
