Location next to stadium

For the length of our stay we needed more than 2 towels. Light was flashing.

It is comfortable

There is a kitchen but no stores for 2 train stops away. Nothing is open at night.(at least at the end of May) The people running the agency were extremely unhelpful. I told the girl that my television had no remote and she said that “ a universal remote would be sent”. She didn’t write anything down and I never got the remote. I stayed these a couple of years ago and I loved it. It might have been the attitude of the young people running the rentals or the wear on the place(the couch looked dirty. I never sat on it without putting a towel down. There was construction going on what seemed to be on the other side of my bedroom wall. Very loud Hammering and drilling starting at 7:30 AM.

The apartment was spacious and close to the station.

*had to go to a separate location from the apartment to collect the keys. Too far. *Not one person on site *we reached the apartment after following the instructions on the key (which were in itallitan). There were a minimum of 10 keys on the bunch, but we weren't told what they were for. We got through the first 3 doors in the apartment complex before we reached our room. The key was inserted, and we heard the mechanism unclick. When we then tried to open the door, it would not open. We then contacted the man who gave us the keys, and he repeatedly told us that we were in the wrong place. I replied that if we were in the wrong place, why did the key turn and all the other keys open the other doors? He simply repeated what he had said many times, so we attempted to look for another apartment. We were locked out for over an hour. We sent him a video of us following the key instructions to prove we were at the correct location, but he had refused to watch the video. Luckily, a local was passing by and managed to aid us. She confirmed we were in the right place. You had to only put the key in 90% of the way for the door to open, which is very strange to us from the UK. Once inside, the instructions for the WiFi were wrong, and we had to use the QR code under the router to connect (this is something I did based on my experience. This was not instructed) * The shower was filthy, and the main area did not work due to limescale build-up. Thankfully, there was an alternate head that we could use. *we weren't provided with match sticks to light the gas cooker. We needed the cooker to boil water as it isn't safe to drink the tap water. We did not manage to get the cooker working. *after having been locked out for over an hour, we were very hungry as we had nothing to eat or drink (thanks to the cooker) but all the restaurants were now closed due to the delay in entering the apartment and the extra travel to collect the keys.

It is close to the beach, out of the crowd. Apartment is quite comfortable and clean.

This belongs to integrated hotel, reception which I'd running several apartments. Quite unprofessional. Other people reported broken door and it still was not fixed even after 2 weeks it should be. There is construction site near by which made it noisy and dusty.

In the end it was a good apartment. Lots of space and had everything that was needed.

This apartment is one of a group of apartments so tou may not get the kne that is pictured (we did not) the people at reception on the first day were not helpful but on the second day there were bery helpful staff to get aircon and wifi working
