FRLa proximité à pied du centre ville. Le calme de la résidence, la propreté et la superficie de l'appartement. La literie confortable.
La communication avec le propriétaire (réponses tardives voir même inexistante avant notre arrivée) A rajouter dans l'annonce qu'il y a une machine à laver (nous aurions prévu moîs de linge). Pas d'étendoire pour sècher le linge. Manque beaucoup de chose dans la cuisine (pas de décapsuleur, de tire bouchon, bouilloire, de micro-ondes etc.) Manque d'entretien de la terrasse (herbes hautes et sèches envahissantes). Pour le prix de 8 nuits, la terrasse aurait pu être nettoyé avant l'arrivée des locataires. Salon de jardin rouillé. Rapport qualité prix assez cher.

GBComfortable property in a good location- once you’ve worked out where everything is! Loved the yard and sea view. Liked the cool breeze. Kitchen well resourced. Liked the utility room. Generally really liked the property. Found a range of lovely coves - especially San Vito.
I would find it useful if people left written instructions- like they used to! Would be good to know how to work the air conditioning, tv, lights! Where to put rubbish etc. This flat had everything but instructions!
PLThe location is perfect, near the beach. Beach towels are provided.
As the apartment is located on the ground floor there are a lot of ants, be aware to put all the food from table. The last night the electricity switched off, so we were not able to charge our gadgets. But the host was friendly

GEA nice apartment with a new renovation, in an ideal location – close to everything and away from the main streets, right across from the beach.
Poor sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors walking upstairs and talking in the lobby.
