Nothing really. Maybe would be nice to have balcony or little terrace more functional.

Quiet vicinity and still close to everything. We were happy to be able to use both beds. Nice and helpfull owner.

The apartment is refurbished and quite spacious. The kitchen is small but it's well equipped for a short stay. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the location is good, under 10min walk to the historic centre of the city. The host was easy and accommodating with some difficulties we had to pay in cash the apartment tax.

We were not happy with the lack of flexibility to do the check in. Even though Booking and the confirmation email said check in could be done between 12:00-21:00 and 13:30-18:00 respectively, at the time of the booking we "estimated" we would arrive between 14:00 and 15:00, which was obviously a best guess, since we were asked. We ended up arriving at 13:00, but the host was difficult to contact until close to 14:00 so we had to wait for almost an hour at the door. It is unreasonable to expect accuracy on an arrival time estimated from a different country, a month in advance - as this depends on flights, transport, how to get to the apartment, etc which are all unknowns until the day you arrive. A bit more flexibility would have been appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cortile Pantaleone accommodation in Catania! Everything was pristine, centrally located, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The rooms were spacious, had air conditioning, and even a balcony for smoking. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Especially appreciated the perfect and friendly communication and care during our stay. The apartment is fully sufficient for a short trip. Great location if you want to cruise downtown (be careful at night, all of those streets look pretty much same :D). Beautiful architecture near by, e.g. the Benedictine Monastery. Perfect location (just 10 mins walk from the main square). Many cafe and bars around. Apartment was very clean and well organized, modern. It has little cute italian balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Easy check in. AC is working well in both bedroom and living room. Smart TV included. The only one disadvantage was extremely small kitchen but it didn't make our stay any bad at all! And only two little glasses for water and luck of wine glasses. But just details. In general opinion everything was perfect perfect:) highly recommend!!!

The location is excellent, very close to the city center. The apartment has a decent size, it is well-equipped and very clean. The owner has left us water, coffee and cupcakes.

One issue is the kitchen that is quite small. However, the major difficulty that we had was with the bathroom. The shower cabin is a bit small, and the drainage didn’t work well. We had also issues with the water temperature - it was either too cold or boiling hot.
