The view was amazing and rooms were well sized with lots of storage

It was ok for us but be conscious that a number of steps to access the property While it said in the details of the property site that the pool was closed it was not clear in the booking app.

Jean-Pierre was an amazing warm and welcoming host. I was consistently impressed by his attentiveness and responsiveness to any questions we had through the duration of our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of four and it's worth noting the AC was very good too!

The mattresses were a little uncomfortable.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this beautiful complex with its spectacular views over the sea and the surroundings. We saw gorgeous sunsets from a close vista point and beautiful sunrises right from our patio. The apartment was spacious and well equipped and we had everything we needed. The whole team was very hospitable and the complex manager Jean-Pierre answered every request immediately. We particularly enjoyed the quiet in the complex which was never disturbed by loud music which we really appreciated. In the vicinity are many interesting destinations and beautiful beaches with crystal clear turquoise water. Thank you for the hospitality, Jean-Pierre, we'll be back!

I have mixed feelings about this apartment. The location is wonderful, close to the airport in Olbia and the town of San Teodoro as well as beaches, especially our beloved Cala Brandinchi and Porto Taverna. In addition, 5 minutes walk from the charming Capo Coda Cavallo beach. A beautiful view from the terrace, a large terrace and a parking space next to the property are a definite plus. 5 minutes walk from the apartment there is also a beautiful view point from which you can admire the sunsets. A lot of people come there on purpose. It is undoubtedly an additional attraction. The property's swimming pool and restaurants were closed shortly after our arrival in mid-September.

Needless to say, the apartment is old. There is an unpleasant smell in bathrooms and kitchens, which discourages cooking. Our daughter was badly bitten by something. She slept in the second bedroom and later we took her to ours because after a few days she had a dozen bites on her body.

Fantastic apartments and resort. Breathtaking views of the ocean and nearby beach. Very effective air-con. View from our balcony was superb. The apartment itself was very clean and very well equipped. Our host Jean-Pierre was excellent. He was super helpful and assisted with any small query with a smile. We were especially grateful for his advice and assistance in booking Cala Brandinchi, a beautiful local beach. We would love to return.

Honestly no negatives, it was a wonderful stay.
