Casa molto pulita, ampia e accogliente. Parcheggio auto al coperto e spazi disponibili anche all'aperto. La signora Daniela è molto gentile e disponibile.

Nel giardino c'è un barbecue che potrebbe essere reso maggiormente fruibile mantenendolo più pulito e mettendo a disposizione carbonella e utensili.
