Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Es gibt eine Garage... gute Fahrkünste sind gefragt, aber dann steht das Auto sicher und gut. Das Badezimmer ist groß und bietet viele Ablageflächen. Die Dusche ist sehr gut. Marzia ist eine unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. In der Osteria, die sie empfohlen hatte, waren wir an zwei Abenden. Gute Tipps, schnelle und flexible Reaktionen, vielen Dank noch mal für alles.

Die Wohnung ist relativ klein und daher aus meiner Sicht auch nur für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort, das hat gut gepasst. Das Badezimmer liegt zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich, daher eher nur für Paare gut geeignet. Der Balkon ist zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich und perfekt für ein Gläschen am Abend. Allerdings gibt es zwei Klimaanlagen, die sehr laut sind, das ist schade.

Die Unterkunft liegt gut im Studentenviertel. Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof.

Kein genaue Einweisung im Vorhinein, wohin soll ich kommen und klingeln ? Keine Infos zur Umgebung ( nur auf Nachfrage , dann sehr freundlich) , keine Infos zu Müll etc, wlan hat wenn dann nur im Wohnzimmer funktioniert. Generell alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen
