The room was beautiful and very clean. The host Francesca was very kind.

The elevator in the building was out for most of our visit, and there was loud construction in the room below us (jackhammer loud, for hours on end, multiple days). This was advertised as a hotel but it is really just 2 apartments on the top floor, so the apartment was great but none of the hotel amenities or maintenance you'd expect from a hotel.
