Downtown Como-Luxury Suites

Wonderful location and views of the town from the window. Clean and bright/airy. Good amount of space.

We had three people and hot water ran out by the third shower each day. The shower head switch seemed broken (could not get the overhead shower head to work, only the handheld). Beds were hard. Could not figure out how to work both aircon units with the remote control but managed ok.

This property was lovely, so much room and the decor was beautiful. I loved the view from the living area and the big couch you could lay out on. Location was excellent, so close to shops and cafes and a fabulous bakery - a reasonably short walk from the train station.

There was no laundry facilities

The location is amazing!!!! It’s right in the downtown with Sephora on the right! And walking straight to the lake and the bus, taxi stop! You have a supermarket right next to you as well! And it’s very convenient for people with disabilities or traveling with their parents cuz it has an elevator!! That is very rare to find in como! Also the apartment is very spacious and has a home vibe! The windows are very beautiful with an amazing view!! It has a walk in closet!! And it is very very clean! You just don’t wanna leave the apartment!! And most importantly what I liked the most was the owner! She contacted me before I arrived and met me by the taxi, helped with the luggage, she was very friendly!! Honestly, i was very hesitant about where to stay in como, but i’m so glad that I chose this place! And will definitely book it again and recommend it to everyone!

Regarding what I read about being noisy to be honest it wasn’t bad it was fine, definitely not something that will make me not recommend it

The Host met us at the property.

I did not like that there were no facilities to store our luggage before we could check-in or after we check-out. A hotel would be a better option if that is required.

Federica was extremely kind and helpful in everything. The location is excellent. Just few meters from the lake. The flat is big, there is enough space. The bed is comfortable.

The flat is in the very center. It is a pedestrian area, you can hear the noises from outside.
