Purtroppo la camera puzzava tra umido e chiuso con un forte odore di sigaretta. Il divano letto scomodissimo e non era preparato con lenzuola e federe, mentre cuscini e piumini erano sporchissimi, abbiamo dormito per terra con gli asciugamani puliti che ci facevano da barriera tra piumino e noi che eravamo vestiti per dormire.. peccato davvero peccato..

Tutto. Mancava WIFI No tv letto rotto no phon prese rotte tavoletta Wc a terra cuscini macchiati doccia otturata frullatore con fili tagliati rubinetti ossidati maniglia finestra rotta secchio con muffa

La posizione dell' abitazione in quanto ben servita.

La scarsa accuratezza degli ambienti e dello staff (lavastoviglie sporca, tavolo sporco tra un vetro e l'altro, tavoletta del water rotta, parte inferiore della porta d ingresso malmessa, poggia saponi dentro la doccia malfunzionante, culla inesistente seppur abbia ricevuto da parte dello staff la conferma che ci sarebbe stata, difficoltà a fare funzionare la TV, la tapparella, maniglia della finestra che come tocchi ti resta in mano...). Piccolezze e accorgimenti di poco costo che avrebbero reso sicuramente più confortevole il soggiorno.

Non ha il wifi anche se il proprietario mi aveva confermato che c' era. E ho avuto difficolta a lavorare

The location of the apartment is definitely fine as it is next to a bus station and not too far from the center (+- 30 min if you want to walk). The key was easy to find, it was with a code on the door. After a few hours at the appartement, as we were 3, a guy came and told us he would make up the other bed. We saw he did this very good and was very friendly. The owner helped us via whatsapp to turn on warm water, because first there wasn’t warm water.

When we walked in the apartment it looked fine, but after a few hours we saw things that are really not ok. We never found the WIFI-code, even when we asked where it is we couldnt find it, or there was no code at purpose… In the apartment we found a list of numbers to call of the staff, so we called the 3 numbers (to ask where the wifi code was) and no one responded or called back. When we wanted to take a shower, there was no warm water. We called the number by booking itself, he responded we had to turn the warm water on ourselves. When going to the bathroom, we saw A LOT of mold in the shower. It looked like the shower was never cleaned before. The toilet seat was also broken. In the nightstand we saw fake eyelashes… so it was clear the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all. We couldn't turn the heating on either. And the light in the kitchen also didn’t work. The price we paid is ok for Bologna, but I think it is important to have an apartment that is cleaned and where everything they promise is readily available (like WIFI), even if it the apartment itself is not that expensive.

posizione e struttura buone, in line di massima accogliente. fermata del bus vicinissima.
