Great stay in Arche Aparments. Very clean, spacious, and very well located. Laura was very helpful and responsive.

It was a wonderful apartment in a beautiful old building. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was right in the heart of Catania and close to restaurants supermarkets and transport.

The apartment was spotless apart from the shower that had accumulated body fat the tiles and floor needed a clean.

Good location, near to the main attractions of Catania and lot of restaurant and bars nearby. Roomy, enough space for a 3 or 4 person family. Parking place for the car (but for 10 euro/day) Stylish equipment BUT... (see negatives)

Musty smell in the whole apartement (even though we tried to air it out, it still smelled). Mold and limescale in the showercabin and in the sink! It looks like it was cleaned months ago... Dusty room floors...dust bunnys after airing from under the bed. The old wardrobes smelled in both bedrooms. There were feather pillows in the bed...in 2025...as an extra experience for allergic persons. The street of the apartement is very busy (car and scooter traffic in 0-24) and thatswhy it is noisy and you can hear it in the apartement with closed windows too. In the night it is very disturbing. Based on all these expressions if we hadn't paid for a week in advance, we would have left after the first night...

Amazing place right in the center of Catania! The place is amazingly furnished in very good taste, makes you really feel like you are in a Sicilian family’s home. Massimo was amazing, met us at midnight for check in and let us check out late. The place has everything you need from coffee to olive oil to soap… really well stocked! Highly recommend and would love to come and stay again.

Great location, walking distance to a lot of places in the city. Clean, large rooms, beautifully decorated and also a lot of nice books! Large kitchen, with everything you could ever need! Inside parking too!

Fantastic location right in the historic centre of Catania. Beautiful and well equipped flat.

The air conditioning was not very effective so it was quite hot.

The apartment is clean, spacious, full of decorative details, authentic, charming and cozy. It has good washing machine and a dishwasher. Location is great, just 5-10 min of walking distance from Duomo and near shopping area, fish market and usual market. The apartment has a very secured parking in the backyard, which is great since we rented a car on the airport, for sure it is the best way to travel around Sicily. We suggest to choose a small car due to narrow passages towards the parking and for driving through narrow streets all over Sicily. Be sure you are a well experienced driver since there is a very specific traffic culture - there are no strict rules, motorcyclist are driving between cars, streets are narrow.

Nothing important, only the closet doors creaks since they are very old (but stylish....).
