Spacious apartment with personal details and great view to the lake Como. Two balcony with view. Apartment is on street level so no stairs to climb and very clean. Great value for money

Problem is parking but we managed with a short walking. Espresso machine available but no capsules. Since there is no shop close by, it would be good if there is some in the apartment

- Location is great, close to everything, in a nice neighbourhood. - Views are just stunning! - Great balconies to have meals with the view and the vibe of Lake Como. - Nice and quirky interior with loads of interesting details. - Responsive host.

- Not much essentials provided - we could do with more soaps and shower gels. - There is no dedicated parking, so could be a challenge to find a place. It was the biggest issue with this place, but we always managed to find something eventually within 7min walk max. - AC is non existent. There was a controller on the wall but it clearly didn’t work. Fans were enough though. - Would be great to have more socket adapters as all sockets in this place are different. - Kitchen is a bit outdated

Beautifully appointed, spacious, comfortable, wonderful location, fairy tale setting, high quality bedding and linens, adorable balconies, serene views, proximity to parking, dining, the town of Moltrasio, Lake Como, the towns of Cernobbio, Como, and easy trip from MXP. Easy to check in & out.

Anxiety about parking, danger of the road.

main reason we booked was there was supposed to be a lovely Lido nearby- this is currently closed. we thought it was a good value for price especially for three people. however, we soon found out the extra bed is actually a cot in a closet separated only by a curtain to the main bedroom. this would be fine if a) that was disclosed b) it had a window for ventilation c) it was for your baby or child. definitely not suited for friends looking to rent as the other couches are not big enough to sleep on. the shower looked like it has mold or at least black build up and doesn’t drain properly. it was clean- to an extent. we think there is a problem with your dishwasher as all the dishes in the cabinets had food stuck to them. also no soap in the half bath and it seems as though the cleaner filled up the other dispenser with water? it just seems like lots of short cuts were taken and inconsistencies in the description. also very very hot and only one broken dirty fan. I think it must be a new booking but also notified we didn’t receive a request to review on booking.com- instead we were urged to leave a private review which must be why no bad or constructive comments are included here. I would recommend having a talk with the cleaner, definitely not skimping on things like having salt, pepper and nespresso capsules etc. these are basics which I would expect in an air bnb (esp one with no nearby corner shop) also please offer hypoallergenic pillows and duvets. this property has such potential!
