A casa di Rossella

casa pulita e ben attrezzata metro vicina per raggiungere il centro 6° piano con ascensore aria condizionata

Purtroppo dallo scarico del bagno fuoriesce uno sgradevole odore, consiglio alla proprietaria di far risolvere il problema

Locație excelenta, la câteva minute de mers pe jos față de centru. Stație de autobuz in apropiere, locuri de parcare gratuit in apropierea blocului. Micul dejun consistent, mai ales pentru copii. 😁 Rossella ne-a dat câteva ponturi foarte bune, unde să mâncăm bine sau ce sa vizităm, mulțumim pentru asta. 😃

Sa va asteptati la un miros de canalizare din baie. Trebuie lăsate geamurile deschise pentru aerisire.

Appartement très bien localisé et très propre. Nous avions le petit déjeuner sucré et salé. Appartement idéal pour 4 personnes. Rossella nous a donné pleins de conseils pour notre séjour 😌

Petite odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain mais qui ne nous dérangeait que très peu

+++ Nous avons été merveilleusement reçus par Rossella avec qui nous avions pris rendez-vous par message. Elle nous a montré l'appartement en détails et nous a prodigué de bons conseils sur Catane. L'appartement est propre, bien agencé et bénéficie d'une terrasse. Nous avions le petit-déjeuner, disposant de nombreux choix. La literie était excellente. Nous nous sommes garés facilement dans la rue et avons opté pour le métro à 1€ pour visiter le centre-ville. Un séjour au top. Merci Rossella.

--- Absolument rien de négatif si ce n'est que l'appartement n'est pas situé dans l'hypercentre mais à 10 min de métro.

Rossella met us on at the agreed arrival time and spent a considerable amount of time explaining the property and offering advice on what to do in Catania. She stocked up a kitchen cupboard with breakfast goods and provided other snacks. The property is near a metro station but it's not too long a walk into the centre. Everything was supplied that we could have needed for our short stay. The balcony had lateral views both towards the centre of Catania and Mt Etna.

The bed was too hard for our comfort and the sheets had the feel of baking paper or a semi perforated plastic tablecloth. The structure borne sound insulation is not good and on the 2nd night we were woken several times by what sounded like furniture being dragged across a nearby floor.

Rossella is very nice , she met us and handed the keys and showed us the apartment. You have towels , toiletries and a light breakfast provided. You can find sweet things for breakfast like croissants,1 pack of bread , milk and 2 small sealed prosciutto cases, which is not enough for a family of 4 staying for 4 days. There is also a bad, odd smell in the apartment, we think from the bathroom and kitchen drain, you have to keep the doors closed and it’s a bit better.You can go and buy everything you need form a local supermarket Tocal , located near the apartment. The apartment is at 6th floor and you have to get the elevator but only 3 people allowed in one go. It is located around 30 min walk and 12 min drive from city center. The traffic is terrible , people don’t respect rules and there are so many scouters that don’t even bother to look around , you have to be careful. Catania is a very dirty city with rubbish everywhere and bad smells But with lovely people and Good food. We ate near the apartment at Trattotia Di Pepino, and in the city centre at Osteria Bellini-amazing , tasty food. Also in city centre there there is a restaurant which serves the best pasta , called Pasta Bistrot Catania .

The worse thing is that you have to check out at 9 am which I think it’s too early and Rossella doesn’t let you stay a bit longer , at least for an hour more. The reason is that she has to clean the apartment . Probably she has more than enough to do that since the check in is starting 3pm.

Ottima posizione, 5 min a piedi dalla metro e possibilità di parcheggiare su strada. Struttura molto pulita, c’è tutto per la colazione e per cucinare. Rossella molto disponibile.

Tutto perfetto. Rossella è una grande pardona di casa.
