the bakery/cafe in front of the property is Excellent and they are friendly too. Roberto and Maria made sure to meet me upon check in, they have explained and show me around the property. they made me feel very welcome. they made some recommendations for Bologna food (Polpette E Crescentine) super highly recommended the food are tasty. one bus away to the city.

EVERYTHING WAS PERPECT!! The Location was great. The host couple was so kind. They try to appreciate what we needed. We're from South Korea so we brought some retort food for convenient cooking and it worked perfectly cuz the kitchen was in very good condition. I'd like to say 'THANK YOU A TON'.

Everything! The owners were attentive, commutative and helpful in every way. They may travel in a foreign country easy! Their apartment was so perfect. They thought of every detail to make someone comfortable. I loved it! Karen

Very clean and comfortable. Roberto is a very friendly and attentive host.

The local is good, easy to park, supermarket is in front. There's a direct bus to Bologna city centre but it takes ~25 min + waiting time.
