"Excelente ubicación; repetiría."

La ubicación. A pesar de que muchísimos comentarios señalaban que se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la calle, en nuestro caso no escuchamos nada y dormimos muy bien. A pesar de las cosas que señalo, el departamento es muy cómodo y lo recomiendo. El dueño no estuvo presente, pero en todo momento estuvo disponible por WhatsApp para responder absolutamente todas las consultas sobre el funcionamiento del departamento. Felicitaciones, Egidio y Verónica!

El departamento no se calefaccionaba bien. La calefacción era central y no era suficiente para no pasar frío. Cuando llegaba a 21 grados la apagaban, y de esta manera siempre hacía frío. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que no había tostadora de pan.

El departamento está impecable, cuenta con todas las comodidades, tiene lavarropas, cocina completa y las camas son cómodas. Nos permitieron hacer el check in un rato antes, lo cual fue súper cómodo.

Lo único que me parece un poco incómodo es el hecho de tener que llevarse uno mismo la basura al momento del check out, pero a menos de 50 metros hay contenedores para depositar la misma

L'appartamento è perfettamente funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario, pulito e moderno. Addirittura ci sono due TV e una piccola lavastoviglie che per soggiorni più lunghi può essere molto utile. Supermercato proprio vicino al portone. Procedura di check-in comodissima e contatti con i gestori rapidi ed efficaci.

Il divano letto è adatto a due bambini, per gli adulti non è molto comodo. L'appartamento è in zona a traffico limitato, per non pagare il costoso garage, si rischia di dover parcheggiare in strada lontano (2.90€ l'ora). Lavandino in bagno molto piccolo, difficile non bagnare a terra.

Propre dans l'ensemble, les équipements semblent très modernes mais à part la douche très agréable, je ne suis pas restée assez longtemps pour en avoir besoin.

Malgré le double vitrage très bruyant. Route assez fréquentée par les bus urbains. Boules quies, nécessaires et même insuffisants
