Excellent location - walking distance from the Bolzano Bozen train station (best if you don’t travel with suitcases since there are a lot of cobblestone streets on the way) as well as Bolzano’s central square and old town areas. However there is a short flight of stairs to climb to reach the apartments so keep that in mind if you are with elderly family members or have knee injuries etc. The rooms are spacious and clean. Wifi is stable and fast. Bathroom is excellent though the heater of the shower takes a couple minutes to activate. There is a microwave which is great if you want to save some money by getting food from the supermarket.

My only complaint is the pillows are really soft with no neck support but I tr this is a personal preference.
