Solo a Sanremo

It was a comfortable, clean apartment that had all amnesties needed, as well being situated close to the train station/shops/restaurants and beach. The host was very kind and reliable. If you're looking for a peaceful, hassle free stay in Sanremo we would definitely recommend this apartment.

The location is perfect. It is close to the beach, shopping streets, supermarket and lots of restaurants, yet really quiet in the apartment. It also has a washing machine, which is perfect for light packing.

I hadnt thought it through enough for us as a family and with a new puppy. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, super slow lift, no balcony and only a studio with 2 big lights on the ceiling. So, with a 5 year old not wanting to sleep when the lights are on, meant we were in the same room in the dark not being able to do anything else but go to bed too. With our puppy of 3 months we had to go out during the night and early morning 3 floors down to get her to pee. This unfortunately caused a few accidents on the stairs (that we obviously cleaned). The town, although most people seem to have dogs, has no real areas for the dog to relief itself other than the street. It does have a dog park about 1km from the apartment where she could run freely, but obviously we had to walk there first, it's a bit small and very dusty. The dog beach is nice, but lots of pebbles (you really need watershoes), wasnt great for our child and exoendive: the beds are €20 each for the day. So, the apartment and area is perfect as a couple. However, unfortunately it did not work for us. That said, this was no fault of the apartment, that was all good. Although, it could have benefitted from some mosquito nets as they were relentless and some small lamps.

Super adorable studio with all necessary equipment. The host, Mr Sartore, was very attentive, polite and welcoming. I really appreciated his wonderful ‘San Remo’ highlights and useful information pack/ emails, it was also a bonus that he spoke French. The location of the appartement is wonderfully convenient- 10mins walk into the centre and a lovely 30mins stroll (or option to hire bikes along the way) to the sandy beach at Tre Ponti. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I will be sure to book again upon our next return to San Remo. Merci beaucoup!

The location was ideal, close to shops, station and the sea. Our host was really welcoming and provided us with lots of local information.

Very nice studio. It has everything that I needed, including a washing machine, which was necessary because I was travelling around for a week and needed a wash. The owner was nice. Easy check-in. Good location, close to the train station.

The apartment is very small, the host was really amazing. Location is okay but the building is hidden, because it's inside a compound with other buildings. But very close to the train station, bars, supermarket and not far from the Sea.

The elevator is very old and move slowly. It's almost better to use the steps, but the apartment is on the 4 floor.

My family and I were incredibly lucky to stay at Rinaldo's cozy apartment. The location is top - in the center of the city and near the beautiful promenade and the public beach. The cleanliness and facilities were impeccable, and the owner Rinaldo impressed us with his warm hospitality and care, giving us a lot of interesting and useful information. Our stay left us with many pleasant memories of the romance of Sanremo and the warm attitude of the hosts. We would love to come back to them again. Asen & family.
