Great little gem of a flat in the heart of Cefalu old town. Superb location, gracious host. Flat small but very well organised and equipped (it is really rare to have actual cooking condiments on hand, not to mention actual stock of coffee pods enough to cover the whole stay!)

Right on the middle of town with its shops The owner is very attentive and in my case waited for me to get there to explain everything about the property. You can tell he looks after the little details. The property is very close to the beach and main square. Teabags sugar olive oil salt pepper supplied. There’s are ATM nearby. I didn’t hear scooters going up and down like in many Italian streets. Quiet street About 15 walk from train station

Nothing. I do state the property is quite small and you do hear neighbours voices and music till about 11 pm.

Lägenheten var liten, men ändamålsenlig och utrustad med allt, t o m generöst med vattenflaskor. Värden Fredrico var mån om sina gäster och mejlade ofta för att kolla om något saknades. Liten balkong, som fungerade utmärkt för frukosten. Vid besök på Kalura Beach rekommenderas badskor!

It was well serviced and the location was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and surrounded by many wonderful restaurants.

Delightful hard working owner who has a lovely apartment in a great location.

We didn't have breakfast but there was coffe, tea and toast with jam if needed. It was really quiet even though it was in the centre. It was a pleasant 200 m's stroll to the seafront. Great advice from Federico on restaurants, bars and free parking. He even came to pick us up on arrival.

Advice for people with knee problems, the few stairs are quite high to climb and there is no railing. There is no parking on the premises, one needs to pay for municipal parking and it could become very expensive if one has a long stay. There is some free parking but about a 20' walk so don't take a lot of luggage if you want to use this option.

Perfect location in the historic part of the town. The apartment is clean and well-kept. It has everything you need. Federico, a nice and helpful host, gave us many good tips. I recommend it - a wonderful rest.
