"A lovely property but it was a stressful experience"

The property was lovely. It was in a great location, too.

It turned out to be stressful. You had to contact the hosts 15 minutes before you arrived and give details of your documents via Whatsapp. You then had to phone to get the code to the key box. I was then told that I had to sign an agreement inside on the table and to leave the signed document when we left. The agreement was in Italian. I refused to sign as i didn't understand it and thought all the booking conditions should have been on booking.com. We had to contact the owners when we left to be relieved of responsibility for the apartment.
