Posizione panoramica bellissima, silenziosa, appartamento molto comodo luminoso e funzionale, accesso al giardino, vicino ai sentieri, proprietà efficiente e gentile, parcheggio. Il cane di casa simpatico e tranquillo e accogliente con la mia cagnolina. 5 minuti in auto dal paese di San Michele molto bello e vivace, a piedi c è un certo dislivello ed è una piacevole camminata. In marzo prezzo giusto considerato il comprensorio (strada del vino, Alto Adige in generale)
