We had a wonderful stay at Casa Purple in Cala Gonone. Valentina is a truly exceptional host—knowledgeable about the region and incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The location is perfect: perched just right for beautiful views of the sea, and ideally situated near scenic viewpoints, Cala Fuili beach, grocery stores, and the town’s port. We appreciated having a parking spot and loved using the traditional stone fire oven. Casa Purple is more than a place to sleep—it’s a genuine Sardinian experience, and we’re so glad we chose it.

Absolutely amazing owners. Valentina and her Mum did all their best to make our stay as comfortable and nice as possible. We were greeted with a Welcome gift - local, tasty biscuits and homemade wine made by Valentina's father. The apartment was clean, useful and fully equipped. All the necessary things are at your disposal. It's a beautiful place to have a coffee in the morning or wine in the evening on the terreace with a beautiful view at the sea. However it's also placed very close to the city center. You can ask Valentina for any recommendations and she will give you some wonderful advice. I definitely recommend this place to stay in! :)

It is a very nicely located with view to the sea. Walk to the city center can be a bit far, but still prefer this than in the center. You can do many outdoor activities around Cala Gonone. Swimming / Hiking / Mountain Biking / Climbing / Canyoning etc.. In April/Mai a little bit of tourism, but not too much. Valentina was very nice. I enjoyed the Wine. Hopefully be back someday.

Anyone can have some objections and things that may be better arranged but when it comes to me ... no major issues and problems, Valentina is always there to help you
