Location and view is great. There is everything you need in the kitchen. The appartment is roomy ja tidy. Washingmachine is useful, so clothes can be washed during vacation. Price is ok. Communication works well.

A bit noisy during the evenigs and early night due to 2 neighboring restaurants (to consider if you travel with small children)

the location of this property In beautiful Nettuno is just perfect. You are in the heart of the town. The apartment is on the first floor which makes it easy to access if you have many bags. The apartment is spacious and bright and so clean. I love how fully equipped the kitchen was for everything. My favourite has to be the balcony and the view it offers. You can sip your morning coffee and watch the town wake up. You are nearby to some divine restaurants, bars and cafés and there is a supermarket two minutes walk away. The train station is about a five minute walk if you are planning a trip to Roma and everything is just so accessible. The beach for walking and swimming is close by and the American Cemetery is a worthwhile visit too. The people of Nettuno are so welcoming and friendly and I just love visiting here. You can really sense their pride of their town. I cannot wait to return and I will definitely be staying at Miramare again.

I have no complaints - honestly!
