Excellent location, clean and a very friendly host.

Location was good and some of the facilities were good - such as the washing machine.

The property was described as having air conditioning. Whilst there is a AC unit in the bedroom, this was simply a fan in reality - recirculating warm air. The air conditioning function didn’t work. This made for an uncomfortable, sleepless, two nights. The third night was fine as it had cooled down generally. Please, please fix this for future customers. Having a washing machine was really helpful - but there was no where to hang clothes to dry. Finally - having a kitchenette was really good - but please provide recycling instructions. It pains me to write a negative review - but the points in issue can at least be addressed quickly at little cost.

Excellent location in center of Padova, close to bakery shop & vege & fruit market (Piazza delle Erbe). Nice apartment, spacious & cosy. Excellent internet (wifi), top-ranked upload/download speed.

Air-condition - loud and inefficient. We had extreme hot weather in Padova (35-36 C. degrees), air-condition only in bedroom in such weather .... Small fridge, especially in such hot summer.

Location, self contained and cot for the baby was provided

Air con was only in the bed room and was extremely loud. No tea towels Car park next to the apartment was more expensive than advertised

Location and late check in

I was staying for nearly a week and just didn’t find it offered any comfort. It was actually very noisy as although the flat is in a courtyard location the bedroom is on a busy street both at night till at least 11pm and then from 8am I’m morning. I found my sleep was disturbed. Fine if using the flat for business accommodation but not great if trying for a relaxing holiday

Bad, very bad. Had to reach out to them to get check in instructions. Told them day before what time we'd be there and weed would notified them when we were 20 min out. They confirmed they would be there. Let them know we were 20 min out and then showed up on time. They made me and my children wait in the street for 45 minutes. I kept trying to text and call the host through WhatsApp, as he preferred, but would ignore calls and not answer back on text. Finally somebody showed up and let us in, dropped the keys and then left. Worst uncaring host I've ever seen.

The courtyard is beautiful, but this apartment is in rough shape. As in pictures, major water damage throughout. They have bowls underneath ACs that you have to change. Host didn't explain anything in the room. Had to figure out everything myself. We had to make our own beds. Water heater is very small and takes a very long time to heat back up. This place is a flea on a peacock's butt. Surroundings are absolutely beautiful, but the actual apartment itself is horrible.

Good location of apartment for visit Padova. The apartment is big and well equiped.

Excellent location. Apartment was in the middle of beautiful ”Secret garden”. Clean apartment and quiet in the night time.
