La camera era esattamente come descritta, pulitissima e accogliente. Fornisce tutti i confort necessari per una piccola vacanza.

Alloggio perfetto per qualche giorno, c'è tutto il necessario gradito il caffè a disposizione, posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro

Ho apprezzato la pulizia, la centralità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario. La stanza era super efficiente e curata in ogni dettaglio.

La vacanza è stata splendida! La casa era esattamente come me l’aspettavo: accogliente, pulita e perfetta per due persone. Il padrone di casa è stato eccezionale: sempre disponibile, amorevole e attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e a nostro agio. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione e spero di tornarci presto!

Ci tengo a segnalare che la casa non è adatta a persone con disabilità motorie, in quanto ci sono due gradini molto alti all’ingresso. Tuttavia, il padrone di casa si è dimostrato molto attento e ha installato degli scalini ribassati per facilitarci l’accesso. Per il resto, è stato tutto davvero perfetto. Consiglio questa sistemazione a chiunque non abbia problemi di mobilità, e ringrazio ancora il padrone di casa per la sua gentilezza!

A great host and apartment located just a block from main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and had all you need including a fully equipped kitchen for making your own meals. Towels, Schampoo, salt & peppar, olive oil was included. Easy to find parking spot close to the apartment. The host informed us that we have to pay EUR 0,5/kWh above 5 kWh usage that is included in rent. We stayed 4 days and did not exceed this limit. Tourist tax of EUR 1,5/person and day need to be paid for your stay. This is probably the same wherever you stay in Italy. Recycle bins for thrashes is in the apartment and these are taken care of by the host when they are full. Great service.

We stayed in late october so It was not really hot season, but AC is placed in the kitchen/living room area and do not cool down the bed room so good.

Quite spacious apartment, cosy furnished and decorated, comfortable bed, I especially liked the shower system and bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Convenient self-check-in and check-out.

The only window overlooks the street (ground floor). There is no view, noisy from traffic and people passing under the window. The handle of the door to the bathroom doesn't work well. All these are non-critical remarks if you only need to spend the night.
