Petit appartement complet !! Café. petits gâteau à l arrivée et un nid de Fruit. Eau mise au frais en avance Accueil super sumpa.

5 eme étage sans ascenseur. Vaguement en travaux. Café d escalier en peinture. Le quartier, entouré d’un vélin de fer d un côté et de grande citernes de l autre Difficile d aller voir la mer à pied

Alfonso is a very welcoming and friendly person to meet upon arrival. You can see he takes pride in the apartment with all the art and lovely furniture, it's a very comfortable place. The location for me was great, I didn't mind walking from there into the centre of Genoa but for those who don't want to walk, the bus is only a few minutes walk away and takes about 15 minutes to reach the aquarium area. This was an amazing stay and it made my trip to Genoa. I have also never seen such a cool shower! Just wait until you see it. Thank you Alfonso!

I loved everything! Just a note to people with accessibility issues, there is no lift but the apartment is only on the 3rd floor.

Alfonso waited for me to hand over the keys. The apartment with his paintings is superb! I will come back :)

Alfanso is a really good host, he is a friendly guy with amazing art skills and vision. The apartment was more than enough for my short stay and there is a market near so you can just grab sandwiches and drinks on the way back. The transportation is really easy from the location, if you are looking for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place.

The place is clean, cozy, artsy, just great for a short stay in beautiful Genova. Alfonso is a great host, very supportive and responsive. 100% recommend!

The place is really spacious and well decorated and the host is really friendly.

The location could be better, it is not as close to the center or the water, and you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the apt. Also there’s a microwave, but no cutlery.
