Amazing terrace and the jacuzzi 👌 we really liked the rooms too, kitchen jas everything you would need, AC is very helpful in the summer too

This is our second time staying at the apartment and we loved it just as much as the first. It is a great find in Pisa, spacious apartment with everything you would need. The terrace with jacuzzi is perfect. The hosts are very helpful, had great communication and stayed an extra night as the apartment was vacant. It's a very safe and quiet area but only a 15 minute walk from the leaning tower and 5/10 mins from bars and restaurants. Hopefully we will be back for a third time soon! Can't recommend this place enough.

As we stayed for 7 nights, we had a lot of rubbish for the bins but couldn't get access to the main bins outside. Felt bad for leaving it to the hosts to clean.

Big disappointment in terms of customer service. From the very beginning we asked for a late checkout, 12 instead of 11 and their answer was “this is subject to availability” and a few hours before end of our journey we got a message saying we have to respect the house rules an leave at 11; being with children I asked them again nicely to help us, after all we were taking about 1 hour, but they refused, lack of any empathy. Also pay attention to jacuzzi facility, it has an extra cost of almost +10% of entire booking, it should be paid in cash at location, no receipt given.

Fabulous property, spacious and with air con which was amazing in the summer heat! Added bonus of a roof terrace, with plenty of outdoor furniture. We paid extra for use of the hot tub which we also loved. Short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Highly recommend, would definitely return.

We loved everything!

We were told we would have to pay 100 euros in cash for the use of the hot tub, which was never mentioned in our booking. I spent half an hour on the phone to booking.com from Italy asking about it so I've wasted money doing that. The apartment needed a few touches. Welcome pack kitchen roll.

Reasonably well-equipped and nice beds .. streets smelt of jasmine. Quite pleasant roof terrace

Looked basic from outside but nice insiade. . Very close to road and traffic disturbing sleep. We were not sure what the area was like but when we walked we found it was safe and lovely area.

The property was clean and spacious

Exceptional clean plenty of towels and useable location to get to the tower of pisa. Great communication from the host support on locating property and information on when we could arrive. Bathroom toiletries shampoo, soap and shower caps supplied kitchen with all crockery and utensils you would need. Bus stop opposite gets you to the train station. Washing machine available, however the door was broke when we arrived but wasn’t a problem as we only stayed 1 night. Lots of storage space. Easy to use heating /air con system. Would definitely recommend for a short step in Pisa.

Steps to the roof top terrace are very steep and are glass they can be difficult for younger children or anyone with difficulty walking. Cost to use of the hot tub (€90) wasn’t very clear that it wasn’t included but the host checked before we arrived to see if we needed it, which due to the weather forecast for one night we chose not to go ahead with. So we appreciated the communication on this especially when it was a last minute booking. Distance to nearest shop/ supermarket- purchase supplies/food while in the centre.

Light, bright clean apartment. Location was very good. Easy to walk to the main attractions.
