The location is great and the apartment itself is clean and spacious. The communication with the owners was impeccable and Fancis was always quick in responding. We can definitely recommend Versace's House!

It is the perfect spot near the Piazza Maggiore, five minutes from the center. The host is very friendly, and we communicated well despite him not speaking English. The apartment was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment in the center of Bologna, close to everything. Nearby there is a good supermarket Pam.

- Many things, especially in the kitchen, need to be replaced (pot holder, tablecloth, rug), everything is covered with stains that cannot be washed off (photos are attached, they were taken immediately upon arrival); - There was only an old used sponge for washing dishes; - No information on where to throw away garbage, it would be nice to include it to a welcome book; - Very thin walls, you can hear everything from your neighbors; - It would be great in advance to warn about the tourist tax, I was texted about it only on the day of arrival a couple of hours before check-in when I was on the plane and didn’t have cash.

Very nice and recentely rennovated apartment in a central location in Bologna. Host is really nice and was flexible with check-in and very easy to check-out. Apartment has everything you need and bathroom accessories and coffee is provided. Fast wifi is also a plus.

Nothing really bad, just keep in mind that view is in an internal yard and keep in mind that for big groups place might not be perfect (there is a sofa bed in living room).
