It is a well-decorated, clean and comfortable house. It is appreciated that the place is close to one of the train stations in the city. Using the bus to reach the city centre is convenient. Since it is a quiet neighbourhood, it is out of the city centre's noise.

Well located next to the train station with no disturbance from the trains. A convenient apartment with a lovely hot shower, plenty of towels, a washing machine and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Paolo was great at keeping in touch.

Very convenient location. Very close to a bus stop with frequent transportation to the city center. The appartment was very pleasant to stay, very cosy, very clean and the owner very helpful providing all necessary information and details to make my staying comfortable. Self check in and check out was also very convenient. I recommend it to anyone that needs accommodation to visit Bologna.

"Great apartment"

First we loved this apartment, it is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host is so easy to talk to and has many suggestions for what to do and where to eat. We used the apartment as a base to see several towns/cities in the area and was perfect. Will stay again if we are in the area.
