The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The bedrooms are massive with a lovely lounge area to chill. Would highly recommend these appartments. It's a couple of minutes to the main bus station and gets you into venice in less than 15 mins for 3 euros return.

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. Firstly, the registration process was poorly handled, with no email confirmation sent to us. We didn’t receive any check-in instructions until three hours after our scheduled arrival time, which was quite frustrating. Upon entering the apartment, we noticed that the floor was very dusty, making it feel unclean from the start. The situation was made worse by loud music blaring from the bar downstairs, continuing until around midnight and making it difficult to get any rest. For a group of five, the amenities provided were severely lacking. There was not enough soap or toilet paper to accommodate us. Additionally, there was a complete lack of privacy—there were no curtains on the windows, which was quite uncomfortable. The balconies were in a terrible state, covered in bird droppings, and there was even a dead bird on one of them. This made it impossible to open the balcony doors or enjoy any outdoor space. Overall, this stay fell far short of our expectations, and we would not recommend it based on our experience. There was a room that was locked that made us feel very uncomfortable as we didn’t know what was there.
