The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location, everything was very good.

Muy cerca de todos los puntos de interés. Todo súper limpio y muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. No falta detalle, café, infusiones e incluso te dejan agua en la nevera. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas en la habitación y fue genial.

Por poner alguna pega, el sofá cama hace muchísimo ruido y es algo incómodo.

The location, and the fact that it had a secure and dedicated parking( with extra pay)

We had some issues. I think it can be summarized: The accommodation support staff cannot be someone to do a job from 8:00 to 17:00 because people have needs even outside that time window. We remained without power and no one was responding.We called and wrote to them. After 30-45 minutes we found ourselves the power meter outside in the yard, and switched it on. It went off because we used the oven and the stovetop at the same time. The staff responded the next day after we re-wrote to them to informa for checking out. Before all this, AC was also not working. The staff had no idea if we had AC or what kind it was and how it functions. A person was sent and switched ON the AC manually in one room only. The other issue was that the garage key was missing in our group of keys. We had to go and pick it up in the management office. So all of these things that take hours of our time in a one night stay does not really describe a good accommodation of ours.

For a one night stay this was adequate. It was close to the center so walkable.

The check in was a nightmare. If you stay here realize this is an apartment and there is no staff. Make sure your documentation is sent in advance. Also if you need a taxi no one can help you.
