Locatie was prima, mooi uitzicht op een dorpje op de tegenoverliggende heuvel. Zwembad was fijn, ruime tuin, ligstoelen aanwezig. Ruim appartement op de begane grond.

Oubollig ingericht (kwestie van smaak), badkamer zou moeten worden opgeknapt. Elektra slordig weggewerkt. In de keuken geen stop in de gootsteen zodat afwassen lastig wordt, ook geen teiltje, afwasborstel en theedoek. Geen koffiezetapparaat (en dat in Italië!).
