The apartment is located in a charming, cozy town, and the hospitality exceeded all expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The towels and bed linens were immaculately white and fresh. One of the most magical parts was waking up to the soothing sound of the river flowing just below the terrace—it was pure serenity. I’m still there in my mind!

The apartment is large and almost new, comfy beds.

The communication with the people managing the apartment is horrible. The keys pick up is like a "caccia al tesoro". They also will ask you to go to their offices for the documents check. But when you go there you will find out that the address number is not exposed so you can't find it. And when you find them you discover that they are closed (in spite of the fact that you are in the check in hours. The Thermostats in the apartment don't work. If you want the heating you have to find out your way. I acted directly on the heating module in the bathroom to increase the water temperature. This does not allow you to have different temperatures in the different rooms. There is no instructions book whatsoever. Not for the heating, nor for the TV, nor for the waste separation. There are multiple bins but it's not indicated wich waste they should receive. You will not find a bit of salt, or oil, or sugar, or a bottle of water when you arrive. Bring really everything with you.
