The location is just in the marina, so the view from the window is great. The apartment has everything you may need, including kitchenware.

There was a noisy party in the bar nearby on Friday evening till midnight, but as a plus we were able to enjoy the music from our balcony for free:) obviously, this is out of the owner's control. Also, all other evenings were rather quiet. Some of the furniture and equipment may need a renovation, but you may claim that it is an Italian Riviera chic:)

Gorgeous views. Easy to find from train station. Beautiful sunsets. I stayed for 3 nights in April. Good communication with host. Good wifi. Quiet at night.

Amazing location with unbelievable view of the sea and the village from both the window and the small balcony. It is also very close to the village’s train station and all restaurants, and you can hear the waves from bed which is an amazing experience. The owner is super nice and answered every question or request we had. Highly recommended, hope to come back soon!

The view was absolutely breathtaking. A spot where many tourists will stand and walk to just to see the view you have from the comfort of your own room. The host was AMAZING. Sooo nice, accommodating, friendly, and communicative. I can’t recommend this place enough. Just book it!

The bed is a little uncomfortable but not too bad

Voce del Mare is a gem amongst many less than appreciated changes in this area of Riomaggiore. My first stay in this apartment despite 20 years or so of visits to this town. Years ago, all the apartments were like this one, more rustic than modern, but still with everything you need. Too many places in this area have forsaken the charm of the original construction and layout of these beautiful apartments to gentrify the facilities until they become nothing more than a hotel room. Obviously the demand for that exists, but places like this have so much more character and unique style. So happy we found it. That little terrace provided us so much joy on a daily basis, the most magnificent sunsets while sipping wine or a spritz on the balcony, few days in life are better than this. In an earlier review someone complained about the bed being too small or something like that. Made me nervous about it, but that person was crazy, it was just fine and very comfortable for the two of us. Weather was a little iffy while we were there, but with the windows open at night the rough seas crashing against the breakwater let you know why this place is called the "voice of the sea". So soothing to sleep with that constant whoosh of the waves, we slept for hours. Roby was an excellent host. He checked in on us to make sure all was well and provided fresh towels when they were needed. He even saw to our trash for us. When I needed his help to get proper credentials to verify my residence in Riomaggiore for the via dell' amore path back from Manorola he immediately helped even though I interrupted him mid day. Thanks Roby for everything.

The bathroom is truly a tight squeeze, but we were very ok with it. Part of the charm. The water was hot when you needed it to be and the shower worked very well. You don't need much more than that.
